You may return an item for refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date. This excludes special order saddles or other special order items which may not be returned. Also tapes, books, videos or DVD's may not be returned unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Before you return an item please contact us first for a RMA# and please indicate the reason for the return. You need to insure your return: we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. All items returned without a RMA# are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
